How does check-in work?
We offer 24/7 self check-in. Before your arrival you will automatically receive all access details — door codes, parking instructions and a full welcome guide — by email and WhatsApp. No need to coordinate a key handover; you can arrive at any time that suits you.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 (Chuenislodge 2) or 17:00 (Chuenislodge 1 & 3). Check-out is by 10:00 (Chuenislodge 1 & 3) or 11:00 (Chuenislodge 2). If you need an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Why should I book directly instead of via Airbnb or Booking.com?
Booking direct saves you the platform fees that third-party channels charge (up to 15 %), which means you always get the best available price here. You also benefit from direct contact with us as your host, more flexible terms, and a more personal experience from your very first message.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. We offer flexible cancellation terms. If your plans change, please contact us directly as early as possible — we always aim to find a fair and uncomplicated solution. For any modification to dates, guest numbers or other details, simply send us a message and we will sort it out together.
How many guests can each lodge accommodate?
Each of the three Chuenislodges accommodates up to 6 guests across 70 m². The lodges are ideal for families, groups of friends or corporate retreats. If your group is larger, please contact us — we may be able to arrange adjacent lodges for you.
Is linen provided, and is there a cleaning fee?
Yes — bed linen and towels are fully included in your stay. A professional final cleaning is also included in the price, so there is no separate cleaning fee to worry about. We ask guests to leave the lodge in a tidy condition on departure.
